The Altar Society ( formerly the St. Jude Women's Club) plays an important role in the St. Jude Church ministry. The members care for the altar by washing and ironing the altar linens on a weekly basis. Provide funds to purchase needed altar supplies (bake sales and one Christmas wreath sale). The money raised goes to purchase candles, wine, hosts, vestments, and to replace or repair existing chalices and all other altar needs. There is a sub-committee within the Altar Society to host funeral receptions that provide spiritual support to the families during this grieving process. We also support other St. Jude ministries.
